Libby is a post-doctoral researcher from the University of Liverpool, who has been working in the phage field since 2015, with interests in both lytic and temperate phage and how they can play a role in human infection. Libby has recently moved from investigating using phages as a therapeutic for UTIs, into the manufacturing process of phages in the UK. This is in partnership with the Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) which aims to manufacture phages to GMP standards enabling to the treatment of patients and phage therapy clinical trials in the UK.
